Terms and conditions
  • Asian Paints Limited reserves the right to add/alter / withdraw the offer at any time without prior intimation, including the right to amend, cancel, or withdraw in part or full all conditions of this Voucher.
  • The contest hosted on this site is open to all persons other than the employees of Asian Paints Ltd. & subsidiaries and their families as well as those companies & their subsidiaries sponsoring the contest and those companies and subsidiaries implementing the contest on the behalf of Asian Paints Ltd.
  • In case of any dispute of difference in respect of or in connection with the offer herein, the decision of Asian Paints Limited shall be final and binding on all concerned.
  • Mere participation in the contest does not entitle you to win a prize.
  • The contest is open for residents of India residing within the geographical boundaries of India during the period of the said contest only.
  • The winner will be intimated individually at the e-mail address provided by him or her.
  • The contest participant is required to give us the correct details about themselves at the time of registration and Asian Paints Ltd. will not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, for any wrong addresses submitted. Asian Paints Ltd. reserves the right to match the details submitted at the time of delivery of the prizes and in case of any discrepancy withhold the prize.
  • The Winner will be required to present the original voucher to avail the offer. Photocopy or duplicates of the Voucher will not be accepted. Vouchers on an original Asian Paints Letter Head duly stamped and signed will only be construed as a valid voucher.
  • The Winner should have a valid PAN Card as issued by the Government of India. A copy of the same has to be handed over to the Customer Representative of Asian Paints Home Solutions (APHS) in order to initiate the painting job. No Painting job will be initiated without a valid PAN card of the Winner.
  • The value of the Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or kind of equivalent value. The Voucher cannot be transferred from the official winner to any one else.
  • The Voucher only entitles the winner to paint and labour for the painting of One Royale Play wall not exceeding a continuous area of 100 sqft. It is expressly clarified that the Winnings under the contest shall be limited to Asian Paints Limited (through their Home Solutions Division ("APHS") offering paint and painting services for a maximum value of Rs.5000/-(Rupees Five Thousand only) inclusive of all taxes or the cost of painting an area of 100 sqft inclusive of all taxes whichever is the lesser of the 2 amounts. Asian Paints Limited will pay the Gift Tax as may be applicable.
  • All painting rates will be calculated as per the subsisting rate card of Asian Paints Home Solutions at the time of estimating the job costs.
  • The Paint makeover will be carried out only once and at one single continuous site only. Asian Paints Ltd shall not be liable to execute the painting services at places otherwise than the Winner’s residence.
  • The Winner shall be allowed to choose the texture design and colour combination from the available options within the Play Brochure. No colour combination and texture design outside Play Brochure will be entertained.
  • Asian Paints Limited reserves the right to accept/refuse the painting job based on the evaluation of the site conditions. Asian Paints Ltd shall not be liable for any defects in the surfaces, walls or structural defects inter alia any leakage, high moisture retention, high alkalinity and any consequences emanating out of the same. The winner will be expected the rectify the defects in the wall surface before Asian Paints Home Solutions agrees to take up the painting of the wall. Asian Paints Ltd stands exonerated for any Product Failures resulting from the above causes. The opinion of Asian Paints Home Solutions in this regard shall be final and binding upon the party.
  • The gratification under the Voucher shall be valid till 31st October 2009 only. The Winner shall be requires to indicate his intention to redeem the Voucher, get an estimate generated for the same and sign the Paint Estimate with Asian Paints Home Solutions before 31st October 2009. The job actual implementation of the job then needs to be completed within 30 days from the signing date of the estimate.
  • The entire Painting process will be executed at one go. The Winner will inform Asian Paints Home Solutions about the period in which, he/she is comfortable with the Wall painting being undertaken at his/her home and Asian Paints shall accordingly execute the job within the said period, based on mutually decided timelines not exceeding 30 days from the signing of the paint estimate.
  • Winner shall make the site available exclusively to the applicators for carrying out the said works, until its due completion. All deadlines for completion of the work are subject to the winner handing over the site according to Asian Paints Home Solutions guidelines. The site when handed over should be ready for painting and all work that precedes painting should be completed, prior to the commencement of the works.
  • Work relating inter alia to damp proofing, water proofing, application of plaster of paris, crack filling, french polish or any other surface preparation, civil and/or structural work shall be outside the purview of Asian Paints Ltd and Asian Paints Ltd shall not be liable for the same.
  • The commencement of painting as per the Painting Estimate cum Work Order will need to be done within maximum One (1) month from the date of signing of Painting Estimate cum Work Order.
  • The Painting Voucher and the winnings there under are subject to Force Majeure.
  • Asian Paints Ltd. disclaims and disowns any liabilities, contracts, torts, costs and consequences including any strict liability, specific performance personal injury, damages injuries to any third parties emanating from any matter not specifically stated herein Asian Paints Limited does not make any express or implied warranties and guarantees either under the law or otherwise with regard to the Voucher and the awards there under.
  • All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only.
  • Participation in this Contest implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the Contest.
